Disputes:
As part of the consideration that CBMentor.com requires for viewing and interacting with this website, Visitor agrees to use binding arbitration for any claim, dispute, or controversy of any kind (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of or relating to a purchase, this product, including solicitation issues, privacy issues, and terms of use issues. Arbitration shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, which are in effect on the date a dispute is submitted to the American Arbitration Association. Waiver and Severability of Terms:
The failure of CBMentor.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No Right of Survivorship and Non-Transferability:
You agree that your CBMentor.com account is non-transferable and any rights to your CBMentor.com User ID or contents within your account terminate automatically upon your death or failure to pay your monthly access fee. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.

Statute of Limitations:
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.
